Version 2026-09-26. These terms apply when you pay for a campaign phase on HeyMoon.ai, or in the Moontech app in your Salla dashboard.
Phases
A campaign runs in phases, and you pay for each phase before it runs. Each phase has a sales target: its price times its target return. Phase 2 at USD 2,000 has a target of USD 4,000 in sales.

Sales fill the phases in order. Sales past one phase’s target count toward the next phase.
What counts as a sale
An order on your store placed with a code a Moontech creator shared for your campaign. We count the order’s value before shipping and VAT. A return or cancellation comes off the total when it arrives.
Paying
You pay by card in the phase’s currency. Companies in Saudi Arabia can also pay with mada.
A company established in the UAE pays 5% UAE VAT on top. Companies established elsewhere pay no VAT.
Moontech credit your company holds is applied before you pay.
If your store is on Salla, you pay through Salla, in the Moontech app in your Salla dashboard. Salla adds 15% VAT and bills the payment. Moontech credit is not used on Salla.
The next phase
When Phase 1 or Phase 2 reaches half its sales target, we ask you to pay for the next phase. From Phase 3 on, we ask at 80%. If the next phase is paid when the current one fills, it starts straight away.
You can choose automatic payment: each next phase is charged to the card you paid with, up to a limit you set. You can turn it off at any time. Automatic payment is not available on Salla.
Your store
Within 14 days of paying for Phase 1, connect your store to Moontech. If your store platform cannot connect, our team can run the campaign with codes made by hand and your store’s order export. If neither happens within 14 days, we refund what you paid for Phase 1 and cancel the campaign.
When a phase falls short
When a phase ends before it reaches its sales target, we make up the difference between the target and the sales, up to the price of the phase, as Moontech credit for your next campaigns. You can ask for a refund instead. If your store is on Salla, you always receive a refund, through Salla.
This applies when:
your store is connected to Moontech, or our team runs the campaign from your order export
the creators’ codes work across your whole store
the campaign runs with Moontech’s creators
Stopping
You can stop your campaign at any time. The running phase ends and any shortfall is made up as above. A phase waiting for payment is cancelled, and automatic payment is turned off.
Reversed payments
If a payment is disputed or reversed, we stop asking for further phases.
Invoices
We issue a tax invoice for each payment and a credit note for each refund. Payments made through Salla are billed by Salla.
